It is made with waterResistent (a special treatment applied to the fabric that sheds water to repel wind and light rain.) This vest has a great contrasting look with grey accents on the inside of the collar. Wear the collar up for the mock neck look, or down. It is just a bit longer in the back for great coverage and breeze protection while you're sitting. There are two front fleece lined pockets to keep your hands warm.
